WordPress Website Operations Assistant (Elementor + CRM)

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Website Operations Assistant to help build and maintain websites for driving instructors.

This role supports a structured platform that creates and manages websites for independent driving instructors. Each instructor receives a website built from a prepared template, connected to a CRM system, and maintained through a structured process.

The successful candidate will work within a clearly organised system using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These procedures explain exactly how tasks are performed, recorded, and reviewed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, technical experience with WordPress and Elementor, and the ability to follow written instructions carefully.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with organised systems, structured processes, and clear instructions.

Required Skills

Applicants must already have experience with:

• WordPress website management
• Elementor page builder
• Website template editing
• Website building, duplication, and cloning
• Basic website troubleshooting
• Form integration between websites and Zoho CRM
• Strong attention to detail

Candidates must not require technical training.

Training will only cover:

• Internal procedures
• SOP processes
• System organisation

Work Structure

This role begins with a flexible workload while the platform continues to grow.

Work hours depend on the number of instructor onboarding requests, website builds, and maintenance tasks required.

During the early stage of the project, working hours may be lower while marketing and instructor recruitment activities are being developed.

As more instructors join the system, the number of available hours for this role is expected to increase.

The goal is to build a long-term working relationship where the assistant can manage a growing number of instructor websites as the platform expands.

Assistants who demonstrate reliability, strong technical ability, and careful attention to detail will be considered for additional responsibilities as the platform grows.

Desired Working Hours

Working hours may vary between 1 and 8 hours per day, depending on workload and project requirements.

As the number of instructor websites increases, additional hours will naturally become available.

Compensation

Starting wage: $5.23 per hour, depending on experience.
