About Us

Polus Acquisitions Group is a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring off-market properties directly from homeowners. Our business is driven by data and research. We identify motivated sellers through public records, government filings, and property ownership databases.

Our team operates remotely and collaborates across several departments including acquisitions, lead management, and data research.

We are currently looking for a Property Data Research & Lead Generation Specialist who can help generate, organize, and manage property owner data that fuels our marketing and acquisitions pipeline.

Compensation

Base Salary: $400 per month

Paid bi-weekly (every two weeks).

Additional bonuses are paid when contracts close from leads you generated and managed.

The more accurate and consistent your lead generation work is, the greater the opportunity to earn bonuses.

Schedule

Full-time position

Monday – Friday
40 hours per week

Some overlap with U.S. business hours may be required for team communication.

How Our System Works

Our company uses a data-driven lead generation system designed to identify homeowners who may be motivated to sell their property.

The process starts with public records research, where we locate property owners through county government databases and court filings.

After the data is collected, it is cleaned, organized, and verified before being uploaded into our CRM. From there, our marketing systems send SMS messages and calls to property owners to determine if they are interested in selling.

Interested sellers are then passed to our acquisitions team who negotiates and closes contracts.

Your role is essential in ensuring that high-quality data consistently enters our system.

Your Responsibilities
Public Records Research

You will research and collect property data from U.S. county websites such as:

• County Clerk websites
• District Clerk court systems
• Property appraisal districts
• Tax assessor databases
• Recorder / deed records

Examples of records you may pull include:

• Probate filings
• Tax delinquent properties
• Pre-foreclosures / foreclosure filings
• Code violations
• Property transfers

Data Collection & Verification

You will gather and verify information such as:

• Property address
• Owner name
• Mailing address
• Parcel / APN number
• Filing details

Accuracy is extremely important because this data feeds directly into our marketing system.

Data Cleaning & Organization

You will prepare lists by:

• Removing duplicates
• Standardizing address formats
• Verifying property ownership
• Preparing spreadsheets for CRM import

You should be comfortable working with large spreadsheets and datasets.

Skip Tracing

You will assist with finding contact information for property owners using skip tracing tools.

This includes locating:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Additional ownership information

Lead Management & Marketing Support

After data is prepared, it is uploaded into our system where outreach campaigns begin.

You may assist with:

• Preparing SMS marketing lists
• Organizing responses from property owners
• Updating the CRM with lead notes
• Passing qualified leads to the acquisitions team

Requirements

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to research and collect data online
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes

Experience with real estate, property research, or lead generation is highly preferred.
