Flash Cargo is an international freight brokerage specializing in air and ocean freight (LCL & FCL). We help importers and exporters move cargo globally with reliable, competitive solutions.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to generate and qualify leads for our senior closers.
This role is focused on outbound prospecting — not closing deals.

???? Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Contact importers and exporters that ship via air and ocean
• Identify decision makers
• Qualify prospects based on shipment volume and interest
• Book qualified appointments for senior sales closers
• Update CRM with accurate notes
Cold leads will be provided.

• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
• Confident on the phone
• Organized and disciplined
• Able to work 20–25 hours per week consistently
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required.
