We’re looking for someone experienced with email marketing to take ownership of our email channel.
Our business generates leads through paid traffic and lead magnets. From there, email is used to send daily campaigns and monetize the list. The person in this role will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly, performs well, and maintains strong deliverability.
The role includes planning daily sends, selecting the right offers and email formats, maintaining variation so the list doesn’t fatigue, monitoring inbox placement, and keeping the overall list healthy. This also includes maintaining and improving email flows such as onboarding, warming, and re-engagement sequences, as well as regularly cleaning inactive subscribers.
We’re looking for someone who already understands how email lists behave at scale and can manage both the strategy and execution without needing constant direction.
Requirements include strong email marketing experience, a solid understanding of deliverability and list management, and the ability to proactively monitor performance and make adjustments when needed.
Compensation includes a competitive fixed monthly rate, performance bonuses during strong months, and increases as the operation grows.
