About the Company
SafeTech Builders is a Florida-based roofing and construction company expanding from Broward County to Tampa. We are committed to quality workmanship, customer education, and reliability in every project. As we continue growing, we are looking to strengthen our brand presence and community awareness across Florida.

We're hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to lead our digital content, branding, and online engagement efforts. You'll develop and execute our social media strategy, create engaging content, and help build SafeTech Builders into one of Florida's most recognized roofing and construction brands.

Main Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Social Media Management
-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
-Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Plan and maintain monthly content calendars featuring educational content, completed projects, company updates, customer testimonials, and community involvement.
-Monitor social media channels daily by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
2. Branding & Creative Content Production
-Maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all digital platforms.
-Capture, organize, and manage photos and videos from job sites, customer testimonials, company events, and team activities.
-Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) and create graphics using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
-Coordinate with field staff and external vendors to gather quality content.
-Organize and maintain a structured media library using Google Drive or Dropbox.
3. Community Engagement & Reputation Management
-Manage Google review campaigns and customer review follow-ups.
-Promote local partnerships, sponsorships, community events, and company initiatives.
-Engage with local community groups, neighborhood pages, and relevant online communities.
-Help strengthen SafeTech Builders' online reputation and local brand presence.
4. Marketing Coordination & Reporting
-Track key social media performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
-Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, campaigns, and overall marketing strategy.
-Work closely with the sales and operations teams to promote active projects, completed jobs, milestones, and company achievements.
-Assist with branding initiatives, including flyers, vehicle wraps, yard signs, uniforms, and other marketing materials.

Qualifications
-We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about building brands.

Required Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role managing business social media accounts.
-Excellent written communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content strategy.
-Experience creating content calendars and planning marketing campaigns.
-Proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing software), Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Google Business Profile.
-Ability to independently capture, organize, edit, and publish digital content.
-Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
-Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
-Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the roofing, construction, home services, or real estate industries.
-Experience tracking analytics and preparing social media performance reports.
