???? Position Overview
We are seeking experienced alternative finance professionals who can:
Close traditional MCA deals
Structure larger working capital transactions
Develop long-ter ---------- rchant and referral relationships
Handle both high-volume and relationship-driven sales
This is not a churn-and-burn call center role. We’re building producers.
???? Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new merchant opportunities
Make outbound calls and manage inbound leads
Analyze 3–6 months of business bank statements
Structure funding offers (MCA, term, or structured product)
Submit files to underwriting and negotiate approvals
Close and fund transactions
Build broker/ISO partnerships
Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up
? Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in MCA or alternative business finance
Strong understanding of:
Factor rates
First & second position
Stacking
ACH structures
Risk evaluation
Ability to read bank statements and assess deal viability
Proven closing ability
Professional phone presence
? Preferred (High-Level Producers)
Experience selling $100K–$500K+ transactions
Existing book of merchants or ISO relationships
Experience working with $5MM–$20MM revenue businesses
Understanding of structured or asset-based lending

Hourly base pay ($5-8/hour depending on experience)
