NORDMUT is a growing e?commerce brand focused on high-quality outdoor consumer products and a data-driven approach to online marketing. We are building a lean, performance-oriented marketing team to profitably scale our DTC business across Europe.
Role Overview
As Google Ads Manager at NORDMUT, you will own our entire Google Ads funnel end-to-end: from strategy and campaign setup to daily optimization, reporting, and scaling. Your goal is to profitably grow revenue by driving high-quality traffic and conversions through Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Google Ads strategy aligned with NORDMUT’s growth and ROAS targets (Search, Shopping, PMax, Retargeting, YouTube).
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
Own product feed and Merchant Center setup and optimization for Shopping and PMax (titles, attributes, custom labels, diagnostics, disapprovals).
Conduct ongoing keyword research, negative keyword management, and account structuring to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
Plan, run, and evaluate A/B tests on ads, assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies to systematically improve performance.
Implement and monitor conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager) and ensure data quality for revenue and margin-based optimization.
Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, contribution margin) and deliver clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Proactively identify scaling opportunities, new campaign types, and tests to unlock additional profitable growth.
Closely collaborate with the founder and creative team on ad messaging, assets, promos, and landing pages that convert.

Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, policy changes, and competitive trends in e?commerce performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
2–4+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e?commerce brands, ideally DTC with measurable revenue responsibility.
Proven track record of profitably scaling budgets while hitting ROAS/CPA targets (please be ready to share concrete case studies or numbers).
Strong experience with Google Shopping, Merchant Center, Performance Max, and Search campaigns; YouTube Ads experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of tracking and attribution using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets to slice data, build simple models, and generate insights.
Comfortable working in English in a remote, asynchronous environment; German is a plus but not required.
