Behind the scenes, our marketing team plays a vital role in delivering this mission. We ensure our message is clear, consistent, and impactful across every channel. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Executive who will take ownership of our social media presence while also supporting the operational and administrative needs of the wider marketing department.
What would I be doing?
Working for Investment Mastery, you will play a central role in both managing our social media strategy and supporting the day to day organisation of the marketing department.
This is not just a coordination role. You will act as our Social Media Manager, owning the strategy, planning, creation, distribution, and performance of content across all social platforms. You will be responsible for generating content ideas, collaborating with the creative team to bring them to life, distributing the content effectively, and reporting on performance against clearly defined KPIs.
Alongside this, you will also provide marketing administrative support, ensuring the department runs efficiently and remains organised, aligned, and on track.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative ownership and structured execution — someone who can think strategically about content while also ensuring the department operates smoothly behind the scenes.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, creative team, and wider marketing department, while also developing your own investing knowledge through our internal training programmes.
What would my day to day look like?
In short, you will manage and grow our social media presence while supporting the operational effectiveness of the marketing department.
More specifically, you will:
Social Media Ownership & Strategy
• Take full ownership of our social media channels, including
• Develop and lead the social media content strategy aligned with company objectives
• Generate content ideas designed to educate, engage, and convert our audience
• Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all platforms
• Work closely with the creative team to brief, build, refine, and optimise content
• Provide feedback on creative assets to ensure messaging, brand consistency, and performance optimisation
• Distribute content effectively across platforms, tailoring format and messaging to each channel
• Monitor performance and report on key metrics and KPIs (engagement, growth, leads, conversions, etc.)
• Analyse data and continuously refine strategy based on insights
• Be accountable for the growth, engagement, and performance of all social channels
You will have clear KPIs and measurable targets for social media performance and will be expected to take ownership of achieving them.
Marketing Coordination & Admin Support
• Attend marketing meetings, take structured notes, and document decisions and action points
• Help assign and track tasks across the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain marketing plans, calendars, and internal documentation
• Support campaign coordination by managing timelines, assets, and approvals
• Act as a key point of organisation between content, paid, CRM, and creative functions
• Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Ensure messaging and branding remain consistent across all activity
• Carry out marketing administrative tasks to ensure the department has the operational support it needs
• Support ad hoc initiatives that help the team execute effectively
You will be both the organisational backbone of the department and the driving force behind our social media presence.

• Highly organised and proactive, with a natural ability to take ownership
• Confident managing and growing multiple social media platforms
• Experienced in developing content ideas and turning strategy into execution
• Comfortable working with creative teams and providing clear briefs and feedback
• Data driven, with experience reporting on KPIs and improving performance
• Strong understanding of organic marketing and content led growth
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Clear and confident communicator with strong attention to detail
• Enjoys both creative thinking and operational structure
• Curious about investing and personal finance (prior knowledge is helpful but not essential)
