Video Editor for E-commerce Brand

My name is Renny and I am looking for a Video Editor for my E-commerce company.
Your task would be to generate videos for Meta ads - Instagram organic - TikTok Ads
Videos range from VSL, UGC, Demo, Unboxing, Guide videos.
I'm seeking all around video editor, who can manage to follow the brand visual aesthetics.
Dream would be that the Brand would be recognized from its own style at some point.

It will be your task to finish the video editing and discussing new styles which we could involve to editing, so we can upgrade the style of videos and generate growth in revenue.

This is a part-time position that requires 20-40hours/week, depending on the business revenue and profits grow.

Overall, your task would be to help me to manage new videos for the business and to provide high quality video editing for the business for it to grow and finding a unique style for the brand.

What is required:
-Excellent editing skills
-Understanding ecom in basic level
-Good technical skills
-No big ego :D
-Positive can-do attitude
-Detail Oriented Personality
-Flexible / Dynamic Attitude
-Good Communication Skills
-Can work independently virtually

Good to have:
-At least 2 years of experience, but this is not necessary if you are very skilled
