Social Media Representative

As a Social Media Rep, you are responsible for creating social media posts and managing social accounts on behalf of our clients (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles).

In addition to social media management, your responsibilities will also include setting up database reactivation campaigns (email marketing), fulfilling Google Business Profile optimization, creating blogs for the Grow Pro website, and providing support to the Marketing team as needed (video editing, post fulfillment, content creation).

Your goal is to help our clients with brand awareness and other top-of-funnel marketing strategies. This is a customer-facing position that requires next-level customer service abilities via the following communication channels: Zoom, Phone, and E-Mail.

Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in Social Media Management

Mastery of Google Business Profile optimization + Content Creation

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Comfortable working PH night shift (U.S. hours)

Highly organized, analytical, and proactive

Experience with CRO, reporting, and ad creative coordination

Compensation & Benefits
$900 – $1,200 USD/month (based on experience and skill level)
