Our companies are growing quickly, and we are building a high-performing remote operations team in the Philippines to support customer communication, dispatch coordination, and lead follow-up.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and reliable Virtual Assistant who can confidently handle calls, respond to CRM inquiries, and assist with daily operations.

???? Position Overview

This role combines:

• Customer Service
• Dispatcher Support
• CRM Management
• Sales Lead Follow-Up

You will be one of the frontline representatives of Icon Group, communicating directly with customers and helping ensure smooth operations.

???? Core Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Respond to CRM inquiries and messages
• Provide professional customer support
• Assist customers with bookings and information

Dispatcher Support (Icon Transit)

• Monitor trip requests and ride schedules
• Communicate with drivers regarding trips
• Confirm trip details and updates
• Assist dispatch team with coordination

Sales Lead Follow-Up (Icon Tradings Co)

• Call back vehicle sales leads from CRM
• Follow up with prospects about available vehicles
• Schedule appointments with potential buyers

CRM & Administrative Tasks

• Update customer records in CRM
• Document all communications
• Maintain organized notes and logs

? Requirements

• Must be located in the Philippines
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in customer service or call handling
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience using CRM systems
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet work environment
• Strong organization and multitasking skills

? Preferred Experience (Bonus)

• Dispatching experience (transportation / logistics / NEMT)
• Car dealership lead follow-up experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Experience with call center environments

???? Compensation

Monthly Salary: $600 USD
Performance review after 60 days
