About the Company

We are building ReHub Studio, an AI-powered platform that helps real estate agents create better property listings using tools like virtual staging, AI photo enhancement, 360° tours and interactive floor plans.

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us find potential clients and build our sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

• Research real estate agents and brokerages online
• Find contact details (email, phone, website)
• Build lead lists in Google Sheets or our CRM
• Add leads to our system
• Assist with email and LinkedIn outreach
• Help schedule demo calls with interested prospects

• Google Sheets
• Email outreach tools

Training will be provided.

What We Are Looking For

• Good written English
• Strong internet research skills
• Organised and detail oriented
• Reliable and proactive
• Experience with lead generation is a bonus

Working Hours

Flexible – Starting part-time or eventually full-time.

Salary

$4 – $6 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses.
