About the Role
Together CFO is a fast-growing tax strategy and fractional CFO firm serving high-net-worth business owners, physicians, and attorneys. We help our clients achieve 30–60% permanent tax reductions through sophisticated, IRS-compliant structures — and we need a sharp, proactive VA to help us grow.

This is not a typical VA role. You will be the operational backbone behind our content engine, outreach systems, and day-to-day execution. If you love social media, think in systems, and get excited about AI tools — you will thrive here.

What You'll Do
Social Media Content Creation
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Write short-form captions, hooks, and scripts tailored to each platform's algorithm and audience
• Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut, or similar
• Design graphics, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe tools
• Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance data
• Research trending audio, hashtags, and formats to keep content fresh and visible

AI & Automation
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) to draft, repurpose, and optimize content at scale
• Build and manage automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar
• Repurpose long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars, emails) into platform-specific assets
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and proactively recommend improvements to our stack

Virtual Assistant & Operations
• Manage founder's calendar, inbox, and scheduling with minimal direction
• Coordinate outreach campaigns — track leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Research prospects, compile contact lists, and support LinkedIn and email outreach sequences
• Prepare reports, decks, and documents for client-facing and internal use
• Own projects end-to-end — you are expected to figure things out, not just execute tasks

Who You Are
• You have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a business or brand
• You are fluent in at least 3–4 major AI tools and use them daily — not occasionally
• You understand content strategy, not just content creation — you think about funnels and conversion
• You are extremely organized, self-managed, and follow through without being chased
• You write clearly and concisely — no fluff, no corporate speak
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
• You take ownership: if something is broken, you fix it or flag it immediately

You should be proficient (not just familiar) with tools in these categories:

AI Tools ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Perplexity — at least 3
Social Media LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Studio, Facebook Business Suite
Video Editing CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
Design Canva Pro, Adobe Express, or Figma
Automation Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n
Project Mgmt Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or ----------
CRM / Outreach GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo, or equivalent
Communication Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

Nice to Have
• Experience with financial services, consulting, or B2B professional services content
• Familiarity with YouTube long-form video editing and SEO optimization
• Basic copywriting skills — can write a cold email or LinkedIn DM that actually converts
• Experience running paid social ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Background supporting a founder or executive in a high-growth business

working on a PST time zone 8am - 4pm
