Social Media VA — Graphic Design & Content Posting (Fitness Business)

YBX Fitness is a boutique gym in San Jose, California (~400 members, 5 staff). We need a part-time social media VA to create branded graphics, edit raw video footage, write captions, and post daily across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

What you'll do:

Design 6–7 branded graphics per week in Canva (trainer tips, event promos, member/team shoutouts, healthy habit posts)
Edit raw video footage we supply into short-form content using CapCut (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Write captions and hashtags tailored to each platform
Schedule and publish posts daily
Respond to comments and DMs twice daily during your shift
Flag leads (pricing/membership inquiries) via Slack
Post to Google Business Profile 2x/week
Maintain a weekly content calendar in Google Sheets

Requirements:

Canva + CapCut proficiency (show examples)
Experience managing social media for fitness, wellness, or local businesses
Fluent English with natural caption writing
Available ~3 hrs/day, 6 days/week
Responsive on Slack

Tools provided: Canva Pro, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Google Sheets, Slack
Schedule: Work your local hours, posts scheduled for US Pacific Time.
1-week paid trial, then 3-month minimum.
