Biohackn is a Dubai-based wellness company focused on performance, recovery, and longevity. We build tools that help people improve sleep, breathing, recovery, and daily routines.

We are now expanding our UGC (User Generated Content) creator network and are looking for someone who can help us recruit creators and build a strong creator community around our products.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility will be to find and recruit content creators on Instagram and TikTok who can create short videos featuring Biohackn products.

This role is similar to creator scouting and outreach. You will identify creators, send messages, move conversations to WhatsApp, onboard them into our creator program, and track everything in a structured system.

We are looking for someone young, energetic, and naturally social who understands internet culture, TikTok trends, and viral-style content.

Key Responsibilities

Search for creators on Instagram and TikTok daily
Send outreach messages to potential creators
Follow up with creators who respond
Move conversations to WhatsApp for onboarding
Explain the creator program clearly and professionally
Share onboarding form and collect shipping details
Track all outreach and responses in a spreadsheet or CRM
Maintain relationships with creators and answer questions
Help manage creator submissions and campaigns

Daily Targets
50 Instagram outreach messages per day
40 TikTok outreach messages per day
10 follow-up messages to existing leads
Maintain tracking sheet for all outreach and responses

Comfortable sending outreach messages daily
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and viral content trends
Interested in content creation and social media growth
Reliable and consistent with daily tasks

We strongly prefer candidates who have previous experience with:

Influencer outreach
UGC creator programs
TikTok or Instagram creator management
Influencer marketing agencies
Skills That Help
Understanding of viral TikTok or Reel-style content
Ability to recognize good hooks and engaging creators
Experience communicating with influencers or creators
Strong written English communication
