Accounting Clerk (Cc, payment report Recon, data entry, Invoicing, drop shipping, PO discrepancies)

Advance Spreadsheet Software (pivot tables, formulas & macros)
Office/Word Processing Software
Netsuite preferred

Experience and Duties:
Must understand all general Accounting/Bookkeeping functions
Must have experience working with channels like Amazon and Ebay
Ability to perform detailed work with mathematical computations rapidly and accurately
Heavy Account Reconciliation (multiples sales channels and credit cards statements)
Assist with invoicing and check amount for accuracy; carefully review and enter correct invoices into system
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Monitor pricing discrepancies and coordinate with purchasing and web department
Follow up with vendor on drop ship tracking and update customer
Work with return department and monitor and track expected credit/replacement
Prepare and submit sales and use tax
Other duties as assigned
