JOB OVERVIEW

This role focuses primarily on outbound sales and lead generation, with additional responsibility for managing inbound calls and messages from prospects who respond to prior outreach efforts. You’ll make and receive calls, send follow-up texts and emails, and organize and track leads using a CRM platform. You’ll also help document your processes into simple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that future team members can be trained quickly and consistently. You’ll be trained by our leadership team to make sure you have a full understanding of the goals, tasks and the process we have.

Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Sales
? Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to: ? Corporate housing leads & Landlords open to corporate leases
? Manage inbound calls and messages from prospects returning voicemails or follow-ups
? Qualify warm leads and hand them off to our team for next-step outreach
? Send professional follow-up emails or texts to maintain engagement
? Assist with LinkedIn outreach and connection requests to corporate contacts CRM & Workflow Development
? Help build and maintain a CRM pipeline
? Track lead progress, outcomes, and notes within the CRM
? Suggest improvements where possible to make the workflows more efficient and scalable AI & Efficiency Tools
? Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others to: Draft and refine call scripts or follow-up email templates & brainstorm outreach ideas or automations to improve productivity Documentation & Training Support
? Create simple SOPs that document how tasks are performed
? Maintain an organized system of checklists or Loom videos to assist in future VA training

Requirements
? Excellent spoken and written English communication
? Confident and professional phone presence for cold calling
? Prior experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) or task management system (Monday.com, Asana, Trello). Using these programs we’ll keep track of all properties, leads, current guests, checklists, maintenance, repairs, and more.
? Comfortable building or managing a CRM process from scratch
? Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar)
? Familiar with real estate platforms (Redfin, Zillow, Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Apartments.com)
? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about solving problems
