About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving US & Canada home service businesses (ecommerce, healthcare, contractors, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, etc.).

Our clients are real business owners generating serious revenue — and they expect high-quality creative work that performs.

We are expanding our creative department and looking for a **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** who can execute at a high level in both static and motion content.

This is a long-term growth role inside a performance-driven agency.

This is NOT just a basic video cutter role.

You must be skilled in:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

• Professional graphic design

• Video editing for ads & social media

You will create high-performing creative assets that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.

If you only specialize in one, this position is not a fit.

Core Responsibilities

Personality & Mindset

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Avoids revisions

• Needs constant direction

Working Conditions

• Full-time remote

• EST working hours required

• 2 days off per week

• High-performance expectations

We operate at speed. Reliability matters.

Compensation & Growth

Salary: USD $700 – $1,000 per month (based on experience)

• Performance bonuses possible

• Potential path to Creative Lead

This is designed as a long-term position, not freelance or temporary.

Why This Role Is Valuable

• Work with US & Canada business clients

• Create real paid advertising campaigns
