Video/Photography Editor for Social Media/Ads

I have a gym that focuses on personal training and group training. I want to edit 20-30 videos and some photos Short form videos for social media, mainly 30 sec. - under 3min..
Some testimonials may be shot as well but under 3 minutes. Start out as part time to test and then increase to full time when we build momentum. Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
