OET TEFL/TESOL Certified ESL Tutor for Healthcare Professionals (OET Focus) - Remote/Part-Time

Hi there! We are Relocal (relocal.co), a global talent mobility platform. We help Indonesian healthcare professionals (nurses) secure careers abroad, primarily in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia).

We are currently building a pipeline of high-quality Filipino ESL Tutors to train our nurses and help them pass their required English assessments (such as OET or EnglishScore).

You are a great fit if:
- You have a verified TEFL or TESOL certification (Please specify the awarding body and total training hours in your application).
- You have a minimum of 2 years of ESL teaching experience, ideally with adult learners.
- MANDATORY: You have experience teaching OET (Occupational English Test) or Healthcare English to medical professionals.
- You are comfortable working remotely and have a stable internet connection for video calls.
- You are patient, culturally adaptable, and know how to encourage non-native speakers who might be intimidated by standardized testing.

The Role:
- Conducting 1-on-1 or small group online English tutoring sessions for Indonesian nurses.
- Focusing on practical communication, medical vocabulary, and test-taking strategies.
- Providing constructive feedback to help candidates reach deployment-ready English levels.

Working Arrangement:
- Type: Part-time / Freelance / Project-based (Flexible hours based on your availability and the student's schedule).
