Job Qualifications Summary

Education:
Open to graduates of any degree; undergraduates may apply if they have relevant BPO experience.

Experience:
At least 18 months in Customer Service BPO.


Skills:
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions.
Computer proficiency and solid keyboarding skills.

Work Conditions:
Must report onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
Preference for candidates living nearby.
Willingness to work night shifts, shifting schedules, split-offs, holidays, and weekends.

Professional Traits:
Teachable attitude.
Good business etiquette.
Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
