JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We’re building a proof-based Amazon Wholesale operation using KeHE Distributors. This role is the quality gate before any money moves. You will validate products, build purchase orders, and reconcile counts so we avoid costly mistakes (restrictions, bad math, receiving discrepancies, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

QA product leads: verify profitability math, pricing stability, and risk flags

Confirm restriction/gating status and compliance risks (meltable/temp, hazmat, expiration/short-dated, IP flags)

Build purchase-order bundles within budget and case-pack constraints

Reconcile PO vs invoice vs 3PL received (shortages/damages/claims notes)

Maintain a clean decision trail: KEEP / KILL / WATCH + reason

Required Deliverables

Google Sheet outputs with no missing fields

Proof folder per SKU with links to:

Keepa screenshots (90d + 365d)

Fee/profit tool screenshot (SellerAmp/RevSeller/etc.)

Restriction/gating proof (Seller Central eligibility screenshot)

Non-Negotiable Requirements

2+ years hands-on Amazon Wholesale/OA/FBA experience

Daily use of Keepa + a fee tool (SellerAmp/RevSeller or similar)

Strong Google Sheets/Excel (filters + formulas; pivots preferred)

Clear written English and professional reporting

Philippines-based only

Availability: 10–20 hrs/week to start

Compensation

Paid trial week with scorecard

$2.00–$2.50/hr to start (based on performance)

Weekly payments via Wise / Payoneer / PayPal

Hours/rate increase after consistent performance

Paid Trial (Required)
You will receive a lead sheet. Your trial deliverable:

Audit 15–20 products and mark KEEP/KILL/WATCH

For each KEEP: profit/ROI + price stability note (Keepa)

Produce a final $1,500 PO buy list + backup list
Must hit ?95?curacy on math, proof, and formatting.
