What You’ll Do

Source and engage US-based finance and accounting candidates
Recruit for roles including:
Tax Managers
Senior Accountants
Controllers
Auditors
Finance Managers
Accounting Managers
Use tools like LinkedIn, ---------- , email outreach, SMS, and phone calls
Conduct candidate screenings and in-depth interviews
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them through the full recruitment cycle
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of finance talent
Meet and exceed weekly recruiting and placement goals
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of US recruiting experience
Strong background recruiting for Finance or Accounting roles
Experience in permanent placement / direct hire recruiting
Proven ability to place US candidates with US clients
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a remote, performance-based environment
Compensation & Benefits

?35,000 – ?60,000 monthly base salary
Commission on successful placements
