Screening Assistant

Looking for someone to help find, interview, and shortlist housemaid candidates in Parañaque. This is a short task to help recruit a stay in maid.

Main tasks:
• Post hiring ads in Facebook groups and job sites
• Respond to applicants
• Interview candidates by message or call
• Shortlist the best candidates
• Verify ID and check NBI clearance
• Send organized list of qualified candidates

Requirements:
• Good English communication
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable interviewing people
• Familiar with Facebook groups and messaging
• Based in Metro Manila preferred
