We are a rapidly growing property management company searching for a high-performance Virtual
Assistant who wants stability, growth, and the opportunity to support a business that is scaling

*WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING*
Execute key property management tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly Respond to
guest & tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency Schedule and coordinate cleanings,
maintenance, and vendor appointments Maintain booking calendars, internal trackers, logs, and
reports Send check-in instructions, reminders, and follow-up messages Review and verify photos,
reports, and updates from field teams Handle listing updates, admin tasks, and ongoing process
improvements Conduct research and assist in special operational projects, do inbound and outbound calls
*WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR*
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal Highly organized, detail-oriented, and
reliable Quick learner and tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills Proactive mindset — you
anticipate needs before they arise Comfortable with Google Workspace and messaging platforms
Stable internet, computer, and quiet workspace Flexible and able to adapt to shifting operational
needs High personal standards — you take pride in producing quality work
