Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resource

We are currently seeking a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resource to support our recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Role Overview

The Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resource plays a key role in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates to support our clients’ workforce needs. You will work closely with the sales and recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines and ensure candidates are job-ready and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing

Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, SEEK, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases

Indeed, Smart Sourcing, and database searches to identify suitable candidates

Build and maintain talent pools across key industries

Candidate Screening

Conduct phone and video interviews

Assess candidate skills, experience, licenses, and suitability for roles

Complete reference checks and compliance verification

Candidate Management

Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Ensure candidates have required licenses, tickets, and work rights

Prepare candidate profiles for submission to clients

Database & CRM Management

Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM / ATS

Upload resumes, update candidate notes, and track recruitment progress

Build and manage talent pipelines for upcoming client needs

Compliance & Onboarding

Verify work rights, licenses, and industry certifications

Assist with onboarding for labor hire placements

Ensure candidates meet health, safety, and site requirements

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, candidate management, or HR support

Strong sourcing experience using Indeed, SEEK, LinkedIn, or recruitment databases

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment workflows

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Experience recruiting in construction, trades, logistics, FMCG, or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
