Cold Email & Deliverability Specialist | Instantly + Apollo | B2B Lead Gen

We are hiring a Cold Email & Deliverability Specialist to build, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads and booked meetings.

This is not a general email marketing role. We are looking for someone with hands-on B2B cold email experience, strong deliverability knowledge, and proven ability to manage campaigns using Instantly and Apollo. Experience supporting a recruiting or staffing agency is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage cold email campaigns end-to-end
Set up and optimize Instantly, including inboxes, warm-up, sequences, sending limits, rotation, and throttling
Source, segment, and enrich leads using Apollo
Maintain list hygiene, improve copy, and monitor deliverability
Track KPIs including replies, positive replies, meetings booked, and inbox performance

Requirements

2+ years of B2B cold email experience
Strong experience with Instantly and Apollo
Strong understanding of deliverability, warm-up, sending limits, spam prevention, and inbox health
Strong English writing skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Preferred

Recruiting or staffing agency experience
Experience with Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, Zapier, or Google Sheets automation
Experience with NeverBounce or ZeroBounce
