JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with strong Klaviyo experience to build and manage email marketing across several growing e-commerce brands.

This role will focus on setting up and optimizing email systems that drive revenue, improve customer retention, and increase lifetime value.

Your Responsibilities

• Set up and manage email marketing across multiple e-commerce brands
• Build and optimize automated flows in Klaviyo (welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Plan and send regular email campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales
• Write or coordinate high-converting email copy and layouts
• Segment customer lists and run targeted campaigns
• Continuously test subject lines, offers, and content to improve performance
• Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click rates, and revenue generated from email
• Work with our team to align email campaigns with paid ads and website promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Klaviyo for e-commerce
• Strong understanding of automated email flows and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimize campaigns
• Good copywriting skills for promotional emails
• Experience working with Shopify stores is highly preferred

Email becomes a strong revenue channel across all brands

• Campaigns consistently generate sales during promotions and launches
