We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Vendor & Turnover Coordinator who can ensure every property is guest-ready, vendors are accountable, and operational issues are caught before guests arrive.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, highly reliable, and strong at coordinating vendors and solving problems quickly.

???? Role Overview
The Vendor & Turnover Coordinator ensures every property is perfectly prepared before guest arrival. You will oversee cleaners, coordinate vendors, verify quality through detailed pre-stay checks, and identify potential problems before they affect guests.

?? This is a high-ownership operations role where attention to detail and proactive thinking are essential.

???? Responsibilities
Pre-Stay Property Checks
Conduct detailed pre-arrival inspections using systems and checklists
Ensure every property meets five-star readiness standards
Identify missing items, maintenance issues, or quality concerns
Escalate problems quickly and coordinate solutions

Cleaner & Turnover Coordination
Manage cleaning schedules through our cleaning management app
Ensure turnovers are completed on time and to standard
Hold cleaners accountable for missed items or incomplete work
Maintain strong communication with cleaning teams

Vendor Coordination
Coordinate maintenance vendors when issues arise
Track work completion and verify quality
Ensure vendors meet deadlines and service standards

Quality Control
Verify cleaners and vendors follow company standards
Flag recurring issues and help improve processes
Ensure operational consistency across properties
Create and refine checklists to ensure everything's covered

???? Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
? Extremely detail-oriented
? Proactive and resourceful when solving problems
? Comfortable holding vendors accountable professionally
? Highly organized with strong follow-through
? Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new apps
? Reliable and responsive
? Able to work during Eastern Time

Bonus if you have:
Hospitality or property management experience
Short-term rental / Airbnb experience
Vendor or contractor coordination experience

Cleaning management software (HostIQ)
Property management system (Hostify)
Slack / communication tools
Task tracking systems

Properties are consistently guest-ready with zero issues
Cleaners and vendors are well-coordinated and accountable
Issues are caught before guests notice them
Operations run smoothly and efficiently
