You’ll handle lead responses, manage pipelines, build automations, schedule jobs, and make sure invoices don’t magically disappear unpaid.

What you’ll do

Respond to texts, Facebook, and web leads
Manage pipeline inside GoHighLevel
Build and maintain automations and workflows
Send estimates and follow-ups
Schedule jobs
Track unpaid invoices
Coordinate scheduling and routing in HouseCallPro

Turn leads into booked jobs

Send seasonal SMS promos without spamming customers who already booked
Set up review requests and customer feedback systems
