JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Customer Service Lead for a part-time remote role (15–20 hours per week), with potential to grow into full-time (40 hours per week).

Schedule Requirement
Must be available:
* Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
* Occasional weekend availability if needed
* Compensation: $4.50 per hour (non-negotiable)

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
* Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience
* Minimum 1 year of formal Team Lead or Supervisory experience
* Experience managing or guiding a team
* Strong written and verbal English communication
* Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Reliable high-speed internet and electricity backup
* Ability to work independently without supervision

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the customer service team
* Assist the Programs Manager with daily operational tasks
* Handle client communications (email and phone)
* Manage escalations and resolve client concerns
* Perform administrative and clerical duties
