ABOUT TRUE AESTHETICS
True Aesthetics is building the future of medical aesthetics. We are scaling a national network of independent, best-in-class clinics while creating trusted consumer brands that make aesthetic and wellness care simpler, more transparent, and more accessible.
Our flagship program, TrueTox, is redefining how patients experience injectables through a flat-fee membership model that replaces unpredictable per-unit pricing with consistent, full-face treatment plans delivered by board-certified providers. Powered by performance marketing and proprietary operational infrastructure, we acquire and retain thousands of consumer members while driving sustainable growth for our provider network.
We are a high-growth, founder-led company partnering with premier medical aesthetic clinics across the country. As we scale from early-stage disruptor to category-defining enterprise, we are obsessed with operational excellence, financial discipline, and exceptional execution. Every role at True Aesthetics directly contributes to building the most trusted, scalable platform in aesthetics and wellness.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a performance-obsessed Content Creator & Social Media Manager who understands that beautiful creative means nothing if it doesn't convert. This role exists at the intersection of creative production and growth marketing—you will design, test, and iterate scroll-stopping Meta ad creative that drives customer acquisition while maintaining consistent organic social presence across TrueTox (B2C) and True Aesthetics (B2B) channels.
This is NOT a traditional brand designer role. You are a performance creative specialist who lives and breathes Meta ad best practices, understands what makes thumb-stopping creative convert, and can produce high-velocity creative testing at scale.
Your primary mission: Generate profitable Meta ad creative that lowers Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and increases ROAS while building brand awareness through strategic organic social content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Creative Production (70% of time)
Meta Ads Creative Development:
Design and produce 15-25 high-performing Meta ad variations weekly (images, carousels, videos, stories)
Create scroll-stopping creative specifically optimized for Meta's algorithm and auction dynamics
Develop creative in multiple formats: UGC-style, lifestyle, before/after, testimonial-driven, educational, promotional
Build creative frameworks that can be rapidly iterated and tested at scale
Produce video ads using stock footage, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics
Design carousel ads that tell compelling stories and drive click-through
Create story/reels ads optimized for vertical mobile consumption
Creative Testing & Iteration:
Execute systematic A/B testing of creative concepts, messaging, imagery, and formats
Analyze creative performance data daily (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and identify winning patterns
Rapidly refresh underperforming creative and scale winning concepts
Implement feedback from Meta Ads Manager on creative performance trends
Test new hooks, angles, and messaging approaches based on market insights
Maintain creative testing velocity of 3-5 new concepts weekly
Combat ad fatigue by rotating creative before performance drops
Performance Optimization:
Understand Meta's creative best practices: aspect ratios, file sizes, text limits, engagement signals
Design with Meta's algorithm in mind: thumb-stopping first 3 seconds, clear value prop, strong CTA
Optimize creative for mobile-first viewing and platform-specific behaviors
Balance brand consistency with performance-driven testing and iteration
Stay current on Meta platform changes, new ad formats, and creative trends
Monitor competitor creative and identify opportunities to differentiate
Creative Asset Management:
Organize creative library by campaign, format, performance tier, and testing status
Maintain version control and naming conventions for all creative assets
Archive winning creative and document performance insights for future reference
Provide creative assets in correct specs and formats for Meta Ads Manager

Organic Social Media Management (30% of time)
Content Scheduling & Publishing (via Buffer):
Schedule and publish organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Manage separate content calendars for TrueTox (B2C consumer-focused) and True Aesthetics (B2B clinic-focused)
Maintain consistent posting rhythm: 5 posts weekly per brand (TrueTox + True Aesthetics)
Optimize posting times based on audience engagement patterns
Ensure content mix balances educational, promotional, testimonial, and brand storytelling
Content Creation (Organic):
Design feed posts, stories, reels, and TikToks for TrueTox and True Aesthetics
Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice for each audience (B2C vs B2B)
Curate user-generated content, testimonials, and treatment results (following compliance guidelines)
Develop educational content explaining TrueTox membership benefits and aesthetic treatments
Create B2B content showcasing clinic partner success stories and partnership benefits
Repurpose high-performing paid creative for organic channels when appropriate
Community Management:
Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs across all platforms
Respond to audience engagement within 24 hours in appropriate brand voice
Flag customer service issues or partnership inquiries to Operations Manager
Track sentiment and common questions to inform content strategy
Performance Tracking:
Monitor organic reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and top-performing content
Report weekly on organic social metrics and content performance
Identify trending formats, sounds, and content opportunities on TikTok and Instagram
Provide insights on audience preferences and content opportunities

Collaboration & Reporting (Ongoing)
Daily sync with Meta Ads Manager on creative performance and testing priorities
Weekly creative review with Operations Manager to align on strategy and KPIs
Proactive communication about workload, creative concepts, and performance trends
Rapid iteration cycles based on real-time performance data and feedback
Ad-hoc design requests for email marketing, landing pages, or sales materials as needed

Strong call-to-action — drive specific conversion behavior
Mobile-first design — optimize for vertical, small-screen viewing
Test relentlessly — assume nothing, validate everything with data
Authentic over polished — UGC-style often outperforms overly produced content

Modern, approachable luxury — premium but not pretentious
Empowering and authentic — real people, real results, real confidence
Bold and contemporary — cutting-edge design that stands out in aesthetics space

Audience-Specific Considerations:
TrueTox (B2C): Women 30-55, interested in injectables, value-conscious, seeking transparency and trust
