Loan Processor – DSCR Loans (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor with strong knowledge of DSCR and investor loans to support a real estate investment business.

Responsibilities:

Process DSCR and non-QM loan files from application to closing

Review rent rolls, leases, appraisals, and entity documents (LLC, EIN, etc.)

Calculate and verify DSCR ratios

Submit complete files to underwriting and clear conditions

Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, title, and closing agents

Ensure compliance with lender guidelines


Qualifications:

2+ years mortgage loan processing experience

Experience with DSCR / investor loans required

Familiar with LLC/entity loan documentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files

Experience with LOS systems (Encompass, LendingPad, etc.)
