YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form | Business Content), Project Based / Hourly

I run a growing YouTube channel focused on entrepreneurship, leverage, systems, AI, virtual assistants, recurring revenue, and building businesses that run without you.

- Submit 2–3 examples of LONG-FORM YouTube videos you edited (10+ minutes preferred).
- Do not submit short-form reels or TikTok-only work.
- This role is project-based (paid hourly / per video).
- Direct work only - no agencies and you cannot subcontract this work out to a third party.

Content style:
- Educational and strategic
- Talking-head format
- Light but intentional editing
- Clean B-roll and simple motion graphics
- Text overlays and occasional data visuals
- Strong focus on pacing and retention

This is not flashy entertainment content. It’s business-focused, high-value content for entrepreneurs and real estate professionals.

What You’ll Do:

- Turn raw footage into polished long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes)
- Add clean B-roll and light graphics where appropriate
- Improve pacing and clarity without over-editing
- Deliver upload-ready final files
- Work independently and take ownership of the final product
- Create thumbnails using AI software and other tools

What I’m Looking For

- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content (not shorts/reels only)
- Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Good English comprehension
- Reliable turnaround times
- Open to feedback and iteration

Bonus if you understand:

- Business / entrepreneurship content
- YouTube retention strategies
- Thumbnail and title alignment thinking
