We are a growing sports organization operating multiple basketball entities, including the 902 Hoops League, the 902 Elite Youth League, the Truro Tidal Queens, and our parent company, 902 Hoops Corporation Ltd. We are looking to scale our operations, streamline our workflows, and leverage cutting-edge AI technology to run our leagues and teams as efficiently as possible.

We already have a fantastic tea ---------- mber from the Philippines managing our podcast editing, and we are looking to expand our remote team with an AI and automation expert.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive AI Automation Specialist to build custom AI agents and automate repetitive tasks across our entire organization. You will be responsible for connecting our existing software, building smart chatbots for player/fan interactions, and creating automated pipelines for our marketing, content, and league operations.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation: Design and deploy automated workflows using ---------- and Zapier to connect our databases, email, CRM, and social media platforms.

AI Agent Development: Build custom AI agents (using frameworks like Voiceflow, Botpress, or custom code) to handle league registrations, customer service inquiries, and internal data retrieval.

Content Pipelines: Build systems that take our edited podcast audio/video and automatically generate transcripts, show notes, and social media clips using AI tools.

System Integration: Connect APIs from various platforms to ensure seamless data flow across 902 Hoops Corporation Ltd. and its subsidiaries.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our current operations and propose AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Expert-level knowledge of ---------- (strongly preferred) or Zapier.

Proven experience building functional AI chatbots and agents using tools like Voiceflow, Flowise, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and advanced prompt engineering.

Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.

Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python or JavaScript) for custom API scripts and data manipulation.

Excellent English communication skills. You must be able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with advanced agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.

A passion for basketball or sports management.
