Honest Pathology is a modern pathology practice focused on delivering accurate, transparent, and patient-centered diagnostic services. We are building our online presence to educate clinicians, patients, and healthcare partners through high-quality blog content.We are looking for a detail-oriented WordPress Blog SEO & Content Optimization Specialist to help us properly publish and fully optimize our blog posts.

Important:
This is NOT a blog writing position. The blog content will already be written. Your role is to professionally upload, format, enhance, and optimize each post for SEO and performance.

Responsibilities:
Upload pre-written blog content into WordPress
Properly format headings (H1, H2, H3), spacing, and clean layout
Select relevant, professional medical or laboratory-related images
Embed images naturally throughout the content
Resize and compress images for optimal web speed (WebP preferred)
Add SEO-friendly ALT tags to all images
Create optimized meta titles and meta descriptions
Ensure proper keyword placement and strong on-page SEO
Light grammar and readability improvements (medical accuracy must be preserved)
Add appropriate internal and external links (medical references when applicable)
Optimize posts using Rank Math, Yoast, or similar SEO plugins
Ensure each post meets modern SEO and healthcare content standards

Requirements:
Strong experience with WordPress
Proven on-page SEO experience
Experience using Rank Math, Yoast, or similar tools
Strong English grammar and editing skills
Experience optimizing images for web performance
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to follow SOPs and checklists
Experience with medical, healthcare, or scientific content is highly preferred
