Medspa Marketing Masters is a $1M+/year marketing agency serving 27+ medical spas in the US. We're going all-in on AI and automation, and we need someone to build and own our entire automation stack.

This is NOT a task-follower role. We need a builder who can design, build, and maintain automation workflows that save the team hundreds of hours.

What you'll do:
- Build and maintain workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Integrate APIs across our stack (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack)
- Implement AI solutions: chatbots, lead scoring, smart routing, content generation
- Manage CRM workflows in GoHighLevel
- Document all automations
- Proactively find manual processes to automate

Who you are:
- Hands-on builder who ships, not just plans
- Strong experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier (n8n preferred)
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- GoHighLevel experience is a huge plus
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering
- Problem-solver who figures things out independently

$1,500-$2,000/month | Full-time | Remote
