The Role
We're hiring an AI Video Ad Editor who specializes in creating high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs) using AI tools. You'll be our go-to person for producing persuasive, long-form video ads that educate, build trust, and drive sales — all created with AI-powered workflows.
If you've ever watched a VSL and thought "I could make this 10x faster with AI" — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Creating
VSLs (Video Sales Letters): This is your bread and butter. Long-form (2-10 min) persuasive video ads combining AI voiceovers, generated visuals, motion graphics, text overlays, and b-roll — engineered to convert
Advertorial-Style Video Ads: Mid-length educational ads that feel like content, not advertising
Hook Variations: Multiple opening sequences per VSL for aggressive split testing
UGC-Style Ads & Street Interviews: AI-generated testimonial and social proof style content to support VSL campaigns
Cartoon & Animated Ads: AI-generated animated ad variations when needed


What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
Proven experience creating VSLs or long-form video ads for direct response, e-commerce, or info-product brands
Deep, daily use of AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar)
Strong skills with AI voiceover generation (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or similar)
Experience with AI image generation for ad visuals (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Leonardo, or similar)
You understand VSL structure — hook, problem, agitation, mechanism, proof, offer, CTA
You know how to pace a video to keep viewers watching — transitions, pattern interrupts, visual storytelling
Ability to deliver 10-15+ ad creatives per week
Fluent English communication
Reliable internet and own setup
