About Us
We are a fast-scaling direct-to-consumer health & wellness brand based in Europe, serving customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Scandinavia. We run aggressive performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and are looking for an AI-first video editor to join our creative team.
We move fast. We test a lot. And we need someone who can keep up.

The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes AI tools to produce high-converting video advertisements at scale. This is NOT a traditional video editing role — we need someone who uses AI to create, enhance, and produce video ads from start to finish.
You'll be responsible for producing multiple ad variations per week across different formats, all powered by AI workflows.

What You'll Be Creating
VSLs (Video Sales Letters): Long-form persuasive video ads with AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, and animations
Cartoon / Animated Ads: AI-generated cartoon-style advertisements that stop the scroll
Street Interview Ads: Realistic AI-generated "man on the street" style testimonial ads
UGC-Style Ads: AI-created user-generated content style videos that feel authentic and native to social feeds
Hook Variations: Multiple opening hooks for split testing across campaigns

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in video editing for direct response / performance marketing ads
Deep, hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar)
Experience with AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or similar)
Proficiency in AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Leonardo, or similar)
Strong understanding of what makes a direct response ad convert (hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs)
Ability to produce 10-15+ ad creatives per week using AI workflows
Fluent in English (written communication)
Reliable internet connection and own equipment
