Digital Marketing Assistant

Part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Digital Video Creation
• Create Reels and short-form performance content
• Create special influencer-style Reels
• Develop AI-enhanced video content
• Animate video elements using AI tools (e.g. HeyGen – AI avatars, AI Twins, lip-sync, voice cloning)
• Edit videos with clean cuts, strong pacing and sound design
• Synchronize captions and subtitles precisely with video

AI & Creative Design
• Create AI-generated photography for ads, lifestyle and product use

• Work in Canva (advanced level) to design:
- Social media visuals
- Reels covers and creatives
- Ad creatives
- Marketing materials
- Amazon listings
- Develop video scripts and concepts
- Research trends and find inspiration for Reels and short-form content

Amazon & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers regarding Amazon listings
- Assist with product visuals, listing updates and coordination

Social Media Support
- Writing copy for social media posts when required
- Assisting in creating social media content plans when required
- Writing briefs for designers for more complex creative tasks when required
- Publishing social media posts when required

Operational & Administrative Support
- Synchronize and update spreadsheets
- Enter and organize data
- Maintain internal documentation
- Track tasks and priorities
- Prepare reports when required
- Schedule Zoo ---------- etings when needed

Required Skills
- Advanced daily use of AI tools
- Strong video editing skills
- Advanced Canva skills
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g. HeyGen, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media and performance content
- Experience with Amazon listings is a strong plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear and professional English communication
