JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and fast YouTube Thumbnail Artist for a growing YouTube channel focused on True Crime, OFW Real-Life Drama, and shocking real-life stories.

We pay $5 USD per thumbnail, and I will need 7 thumbnails for now.

What You Will Do:

1. Create highly clickable, sensational thumbnails for True Crime and OFW drama stories (e.g., crimes abroad, missing persons, cheating/kabit scandals).
2. Use Photoshop to combine real photos, news clips, and stock images to create a dramatic scene.
3. Add high-impact elements that drive clicks: red arrows, red circles, blurred faces of suspects, police tape, and dramatic color grading.
4. Use bold, high-contrast text (strictly Yellow and White fonts) with Tagalog/Taglish catchphrases that create a massive "curiosity gap."
5. Create emotional contrast (e.g., a smiling victim next to a creepy suspect or a crime scene).

Requirements:

1. Has experience designing thumbnails for YouTube, specifically in the True Crime, News, or "Tulfo-style" Drama niches.
2. Graphic Design skills—you must be able to cut out subjects cleanly, add realistic shadows, blur backgrounds, and make the thumbnail look like a professional crime documentary.
3. A strong understanding of YouTube CTR (Click-Through Rate). You know how to make an image look urgent and shocking without violating YouTube's community guidelines on violence/gore.
4. Familiarity with the Filipino audience and OFW culture.

To Apply, Please Provide:

1. A link to your portfolio containing ONLY your best YouTube thumbnails. (Please put your True Crime, News, or Drama thumbnails at the very top!).
2. A short sentence confirming you are comfortable with the $5/thumbnail rate for consistent weekly work.
