Social Media Content Creator

We run multiple high-engagement Facebook pages in the nature, wildlife, and gardening niche across several markets (US/English, German, Brazilian/Portuguese, and French). Our pages produce viral content including reels, image posts, and educational carousels that reach millions of people every month.
We’re looking for a creative and reliable content creator to help us scale content production across our growing portfolio of pages. You’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping posts, writing compelling captions, generating AI image prompts, and adapting content across multiple languages and markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating viral-format Facebook posts (reels, static image posts, carousels) in the nature, wildlife, gardening, and backyard ecosystem niche
• Writing engaging captions using proven viral formulas: “Did You Know” facts, first-person animal narratives (“I’m a hedgehog and...”), myth-busting hooks, guilt-driven conservation angles, and emotional storytelling
• Generating detailed AI image prompts for tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion — cinematic 8K nature scenes, Pixar-style animal close-ups with speech bubbles, and educational overlays
• Adapting and localizing content across US/English, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and French markets — adjusting species, cultural references, seasonal timing, and emotional hooks for each audience
• Researching trending topics, seasonal wildlife events, and backyard animal behavior to create timely, shareable content (e.g., hedgehog migration in spring, firefly decline in summer, scorpion season in Brazil)
• Scheduling and publishing posts across multiple Facebook pages using scheduling tools
• Tracking post performance and identifying what formats, hooks, and topics drive the highest engagement (likes, shares, saves, comments)
• Helping brainstorm new content concepts, series ideas, and viral angles based on competitor analysis and audience behavior
Must-Have
• Strong English writing skills with an engaging, conversational tone
• Experience creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok)
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, or similar)
• Ability to write compelling hooks and captions that drive engagement (shares, saves, comments)
• Basic understanding of what makes content go viral on Facebook (emotional triggers, curiosity gaps, relatable formats)
• Reliable internet connection, own laptop/computer, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly — we move fast and test new ideas constantly
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for creating reels and visual content
• Experience managing or growing Facebook pages
