Overview
We are looking for a highly efficient, dedicated WordPress & WooCommerce Developer to lead the build, maintenance, and expansion of our e-commerce sites. We are moving away from other platforms to focus 100% on WooCommerce.

Crucial Requirement: We need rapid execution. You must be able to build and launch new, fully functional websites from the ground up within a 1-2 day maximum turnaround time. You will be responsible for spinning up new stores at lightning speed, managing ---------- , and ensuring our entire portfolio stays fast, secure, and optimized for conversions. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid New Builds: Develop and launch high-converting WooCommerce stores from scratch (custom themes or high-performance builders) with a strict 1-2 day maximum turnaround.

Ongoing Maintenance: Responsible for the health of ---------- and future sites, including security patches, plugin management, and daily backups.

Performance Scaling: Ensure sites are optimized for high traffic, specifically focusing on mobile speed and checkout stability.

Custom Tweaks: Execute daily requests for layout changes, custom product pages, and technical troubleshooting with fast response times.

Database Management: Keep the backend clean and organized as we scale our product catalogs.

Technical Requirements

WooCommerce Mastery: Expert knowledge of the WooCommerce core, including checkout customization and shipping/tax configurations.

WordPress Development: Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Hosting & Server Knowledge: Experience managing sites on high-performance hosting (e.g., SiteGround, WP Engine, or VPS).

Plugin Expertise: Ability to vet and implement the best plugins for SEO, speed (WP Rocket), and security without bloating the site.

Conversion Focus: Experience setting up tracking pixels (Meta, Google) and optimizing for ROAS.

You are a WooCommerce specialist, not a Shopify dev who "also does" WordPress.

You are proactive—you fix bugs before we even notice them.
