JOB OVERVIEW

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on Website Growth & Development Manager to build, improve, and optimize web pages across multiple brands. This role is not just maintenance. It is about building, improving, and scaling websites to support marketing, ads, SEO, and conversions.

You will actively develop new pages, improve existing ones, and support growth initiatives.

???? Core Responsibilities

Website Development & Page Building
Build new web pages (service pages, landing pages, campaign pages)
Improve layout and UX for better conversion
Develop structured, conversion-focused page flows
Implement custom features where needed
Growth & Optimization
Optimize pages for SEO (technical + on-page)
Improve internal linking and site architecture
Implement schema markup
Improve mobile experience and page speed
Conduct structured page audits and make improvements
Marketing & Ad Support
Build landing pages for paid ads
Ensure tracking and conversion pixels are installed correctly
Create optimized lead capture pages
Support integrations with CRM, email platforms, booking tools
Technical Implementation
Implement custom backend updates (where needed)
Handle moderate-level integrations
Work within WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or Shopify
Troubleshoot layout, performance, or structural issues

What This Is NOT
Not just blog publishing
Not just minor maintenance
Not only fixing broken links
Not a graphic designer role
Not strictly SEO strategy without execution
This is an execution-heavy growth role.

Required Skills
Strong experience building pages in WordPress/Webflow/Framer/Shopify
Basic to intermediate front-end skills (HTML/CSS)
Experience building conversion-focused landing pages
Understanding of SEO best practices
Experience improving site speed & performance
Familiarity with GA4 and tracking setup
