Looking for Video Editors

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos (10–30+ minutes)
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and retention-focused editing skills
• Ability to add graphics, subtitles, music, and basic sound design
• 2-day maximum turnaround per video (or sooner)
• Comfortable editing videos with an average length of 15 minutes
• Fast communication and ability to follow clear instructions
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
• Can start ASAP
• Applicants without a relevant portfolio will be ignored.

IMPORTANT:
• This is long-form content only (no shorts)
• Average video length is 15 minutes
• Strict 2-day turnaround (or faster) is required for each video
• Payment is fixed at $1 per finished minute of video
• Consistent workflow and reliability are required
• Must be able to match retention-style editing common in YouTube educational/commentary content

Role Overview:
• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage into engaging, retention-optimized content
• Cut dead space, improve pacing, and enhance clarity
• Add relevant b-roll, light motion graphics, zooms, and visual enhancements where needed
• Sync audio, clean up sound, and balance music levels
• Deliver final videos within 2 days or sooner while maintaining consistent quality

Pay:
$1 per finished minute of video.
