You'll support our deal flow by preparing and submitting financing applications to lenders/partners. This frees up our core team to focus on prospecting and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review incoming applications/leads for completeness (from CRM/emails/calls).
-Gather required docs (financials, business info, equipment details).
-Prepare/submit deal packages to lenders (via portals/emails).
-Track submission status, follow up on approvals/declines.
-Update CRM with notes, statuses, next steps.
-Basic data entry, file organization, and reporting on deals in pipeline.
-Assist with light admin as needed (e.g., email responses on status).

Requirements:

-Excellent English communication (written/verbal).
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, zero tolerance for errors.
-Experience with admin/support in finance, loans, mortgages, or leasing (big plus; will train if close fit).
-Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets/Docs, email, Zoom, CRM (GoHighLevel experience awesome but not required).
-Reliable, proactive, can work independently with clear instructions.
-Available for our time zones (US).
