Inside Sales Representative (Setter to Closer Track)

Salary: Starting at $800–$1,000/month USD + Uncapped Commissions (2% per sale)
Location: Work from Home (Philippines)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central U.S. Time (Night Shift PH)
On-Target Earnings: $1,500–$2,000+ USD/month for high performers

About the Role
BridgeCom Systems is hiring a driven and coachable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing global team. You’ll be working from home, helping warm leads and interested customers learn about our plug-and-play radio solutions.
This role will start as a Setter position (booking appointments, qualifying leads, and moving opportunities forward), but top performers can grow into a Closer role responsible for handling full sales calls and closing deals.

This is not a call center job. You’ll be representing a real U.S. company with real customers and building real relationships. Your job will be to connect, follow up, and close sales over the phone, email, and text using our scripts and proven system.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with warm leads and existing prospects
Set appointments, qualify prospects, and move deals through the pipeline (Setter responsibilities)
Use scripts to guide conversations and close sales (once promoted into a Closer track)
Send quotes, follow up by text/email, and update the CRM (HubSpot)
Learn and speak confidently about our radio products (training provided)
Log your activities and hit daily targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups, and sales)
Work closely with U.S. teammates for support and coaching

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Sales experience preferred (2-3 year outbound/inbound)
Friendly, confident voice and good phone presence
High-speed internet (min. 10 Mbps) + backup power
Quiet work environment, noise-canceling headset
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using web tools and scripts
Willingness to learn about Ham Radio and our industry
Experienced in radio communications systems and technical support

You must have:
A fast, reliable wired internet connection
Backup power (UPS or generator preferred)
Quiet workspace free from distractions
A working headset with clear audio
A Windows or Mac computer capable of running multiple apps
