Full-Time Video Editor for Auto Styling Shop (Ads + Reels Specialist)

We run a fast-growing auto styling shop specializing in ceramic coating, window tint, and paint protection film (PPF).

We are looking for a full-time video editor to create high-quality content for:

• Facebook & Instagram ads
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• Short-form promotional videos
• Before/after transformations
• Promotional offer videos

Your job will be to take raw footage from our shop and turn it into:

• High-converting ad creatives
• Clean, cinematic reels
• Engaging short-form videos with hooks
• Professional captions and transitions
• Fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits

This is NOT basic editing.
We are looking for someone who understands:

• Hook-first editing style
• Retention-based cuts
• Ad structure (problem ? solution ? offer)
• Clean transitions
• Text overlays that convert
• Sound design & pacing

If you can consistently produce content that looks better than 90% of local shops, this is for you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience editing short-form content
• Must have experience editing videos for ads
• Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels style editing
• Fast turnaround time
• Organized and professional
• Fluent in English
• Must provide portfolio samples

• Understand direct response marketing
