I am looking for a virtual assistance service. I have an e-Commerce website that generates sales, which are then submitted to another 4 drop shipping companies.

I need:
- Customer service (phone and email)
- Submitting orders placed on our website to vendors/drop-shippers
- Updating and submitting tracking information into the e-Commerce website (Magento platform).

What are your rates? Please advise on your strong points and weak points, when it comes to mentioned above, what are you best at?
