We’re hiring a senior-level social growth and strategy professional to help us drive visibility, audience growth, and revenue across multiple brands and client accounts.
We’re looking for someone who understands how social platforms drive business outcomes — someone who can think strategically about campaigns, lead generation, launches, and positioning, and then execute the daily growth work that makes those strategies real.
This is not an entry level position
You will help us sell out events.
Fill programs.
Grow authority.
And turn social presence into measurable
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Social Strategy & Campaign Direction
Develop platform-specific strategies (primarily LinkedIn, with some Instagram and others as needed)
Create social roadmaps tied to revenue goals (event ticket sales, program enrollment, book launches, etc.)
Plan campaigns that support launches, partnerships, and thought leadership
Proactively recommend creative growth levers such as:
Webinars
Live sessions
Strategic collaborations
Countdown campaigns
Authority-building content series
Align content themes with business objectives, not vanity metrics
You will not just post what’s written.
You will help shape what should be written.
2. Social Growth & Engagement (Daily Execution)
Strategic commenting and visibility building on aligned accounts
Identify and engage with ideal audiences daily
Proactively grow connections/followers on LinkedIn and other platforms
Start and manage DM conversations professionally and thoughtfully
Build relationships that convert into:
Sales conversations
Event registrations
Podcast bookings
Strategic partnerships
You understand that growth does not happen passively.
You know how to show up in conversations without being spammy or transactional.
3. Revenue-Aligned Social Thinking
Tie social activity directly to business outcomes
Identify gaps in conversion between visibility and sales
Suggest adjustments to improve audience quality and conversion
Track what’s working and recommend doubling down on it
If we’re launching something, you should already be thinking:
“How does social support this?”
“What warm-up content do we need?”
“What conversations should we be starting?”
4. Leadership & Direction
Direct internal tea
Collaborate with designers and content leads on campaign needs
Provide clarity, not confusion
Think ahead instead of reacting last-minute
You’ll report directly to:
Business Operations Lead
Jennie Wright
This role requires maturity, initiative, and strategic judgment.
This is best suited for someone who:
Has proven experience growing LinkedIn accounts strategically
Understands B2B and authority-based marketing
Is comfortable initiating and managing DM conversations
Writes and speaks fluent, professional English
Thinks commercially — not just creatively
Is confident advising leadership on what should happen next
Has experience supporting launches or events through social
Understands positioning, authority-building, and thought leadership marketing
Can work independently without step-by-step instructions
Is comfortable with performance accountability
Bonus (but not required):
LinkedIn Ads experience
Experience in healthcare, events, or professional services
Experience with event marketing or book launches
Time Commitment
Contract role
Part-time (hours to be determined based on experience and scope)
Must be available for some Eastern Time (ET) working hours, especially when actively engaging on social
Flexible scheduling otherwise, as long as outcomes are met
Who This Is For
This is for someone who:
Wants to operate at a strategic level
Enjoys both thinking and executing
Thrives in a small, high-performance team
Prefers autonomy over micromanagement
Understands that social growth is a business function, not a hobby
Who This Is Not For
Someone brand new to social media marketing
Someone who only schedules posts
Someone uncomfortable starting conversations
Someone who needs rigid oversight
Tools You’ll Use
LinkedIn (primary)
Slack (daily communication)
Airtable (project tracking)
Google Drive
Potentially LinkedIn Ads Manager
Canva
AirTable
Descript (you’ll review content that is created, edit as needed)
Other platforms of your choosing to get the job done as long as they align with our objectives.
How to Apply
Please include:
A brief overview of your social growth experience
Specific examples of accounts you’ve grown (include numbers if possible)
A short explanation of how you would help sell out a 100-person in-person event using LinkedIn
Your hourly rate (USD)
Confirmation of your availability during ET hours
Where you see yourself professionally in 1–3 years
Use “ My favorite pet is [insert animal you prefer]” in the subject line or a neat fact you’ve learned about Canada.
Only experienced candidates will be contacted. There will be a minimum of two interviews for selected applicants. Only candidates who read and thoroughly read and respond using the prompt above will be considered.
If you’re someone who sees social media as a growth engine — not just a content channel — we’d love to hear from you.
